4. An advertising specialist will contact you and:
   1. Arrange for home features and benefits and up to 5 photos (we will provide if you don’t have a digital camera) to be downloaded onto the web site.
   2. Prepare the recording for the 888 number.
   3. Help you with you print media advertising to maximize calls and minimize cost.
   4. Get your yard sign delivered to you.
   5. Help you print your “For Sale Flyers.”
5. Calls come from all advertising to your 888 number.
6. All calls and messages are sent immediately to you by your advertising specialist.
   1. Login to GreatHomeNetwork.com to see your messages.
7. You call back at YOUR CONVIENIENCE to arrange a showing.
8. Sales calls are filtered out by you.
9. Prepare your home for an open house.
10. Hold your “Owners Open House”
    1. Advertise your open house on GreatHomeNetwork 10 days before the showing by logging into GreatHomeNetwork and clicking “Advertise Open House”.
    2. Invite your loan officer to the open house to “qualify buyers”.
    3. Be sure to have plenty of “Offer to Purchase” forms available. Search your state government webs site for FREE DOWNLOADS in most states.
11. Notify your advertising specialist when the house is sold for removal from the Web Site.
